Right I’m not sure about Raspberry Pi 2 but here’s how I installed Kodi/Pulse on a Raspberry Pi 3.

Windows 7 Installation No Device Drivers Were Found

Windows 7 installation no drivers were found

To cut a long story short, I purchased an ex windows 7 key from a retired PC and downloaded an ISO to match the corresponding Operating System. I burned the image to disc then entered the bios of the PC awaiting the installation. I set one of my CD/DVD drives as the first bootable device and put the disc in it.

Dynamode KMG9000-W Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Review

After a little over a week’s usage, I will now review the Dynamode KMG9000-W Gaming Keyboard and Mouse.

Having purchased a bare bone PC recently, I needed a keyboard and mouse to accompany it. Initially I was interested in a mechanical keyboard but the price of such just didn’t seem justifiable. Therefore I began my quest for a more reasonably priced wireless gaming set. Funnily enough, the Dynamode KMG9000-W Set also bothered me with the cost but this time because it was so cheap. This made me scan the Internet for reviews to help me make my mind up. After a little research I found minimal amounts of information and thought “What the heck, I will buy it and review it myself” and that is where we are now.

KMG9000-W Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Review

Upon receiving the package I found it to be professionally boxed and appealing to look at. I opened it and removed the keyboard and mouse, both nice to look at. I checked for what batteries were required and found the keyboard uses one AA battery while the mouse took 2 AAA’s. The batteries were not supplied. I then took to connecting it to my PC. I found the dongle tucked away in the bottom part of the mouse. I took it out put it in the computer then booted up my PC. Both the keyboard and mouse worked immediately and flawlessly.

How Much Data Does Online Gaming Use?

I have personally completed a Quest to see just how many MB or GB online gaming actually uses up. After originally googling it I found mixed results, but due to a friend considering signing up to a mobile broadband package with a data limit I put it to the test. I have a tethering plan with my mobile phone provider which allows me to use my mobile phone has a portable wifi hotspot. My first stage of the test, upon arriving at my friends house, was to perform a speed test in the area. I used the Ookla app on my phone and got a download speed of over 3 Mbps and an upload speed of less than 0.5Mbps. That might not sound too impressive but it was actually more than 3 times faster than his landline broadband due to living in a rural area.

Bioshock Infinite and other Steam Games Not Working On Windows 10

I  wrote this post as a troubleshooting guide for anyone having problems running Steam games on Windows 10. As you read on you may well find that the problem is not related to your operating system at all but just in case I have included a few tips for you to try in resolving any issues you may be having. Leading up to what actually worked for me.  So I decided to finally boot up Bioshock Infinite in my Steam account, having already completed the first two instalments. However, to my horror after installing the mandatory steam files the game just crashed every time I tried to load it. Therefore, my first port of call was Google where I found an article saying I needed to uncheck ‘Enable the steam Overlay’ in steam. Which I did but it had no effect. I went back to Google and saw an obvious choice due to recently upgrading to Windows 10. The choice was to set the game executable to run in compatibility with Windows 8. As I know Bioshock Infinite worked for me before the upgrade as I had preciously given it a test run. Again, no effect.

If you want to try the former methods you can do so like this:-

BT Youview Problems | Internet channels not working

BT You view Internet Channels not Working

Before providing the troubleshooting that worked for me, first I will answer two common questions about BT Television.

The first question is – Can I get BT TV without an Aerial? The answer is a big YES. Although you won’t be able to watch live freeview channels, you can still get the On Demand and premium channels using your Internet connection. You may need to do a software update for the Internet channels to appear, as did I.

The second common question I have come across is – Can I use Powerline Adaptors to connect my BT Youview Box to the Internet? The answer is again YES but if you run into any problems with the setup keep reading.

How to Connect a Wireless Printer to Laptop or Computer

How to connect a Wireless Printer to your PC

So you have a wireless printer but can’t find it on your Computer or Laptop?

Well the first thing to do is ensure your PC or Laptop has WIFI because if not then it is impossible to connect the printer without a printer cable. In all likeliness though your computer does have WIFI and you still cannot connect. Therefore this is what you need to do. You cannot connect direct from PC or Laptop to your wireless printer. If you could then you would have neighbours discovering your printer on their computers. No, what you must do first is associate your printer with your home network. I.e your router! There are multiple ways to do this but only 2 I will mention.
